| With
his wealth of experience in building a world class gaming
company in India, Rajesh is in constant pursuit of his vision
of establishing India as a mainstream player in the global
games industry.
In
January 2004, TIME magazine had an article on the Indian economy
in which they chose to lead - and end - the story with references
to Rajesh, as representative of a new breed of entrepreneurs
who are transforming India.
Rajesh,
33, began his entrepreneurial career in 1995 when he founded
Srishti Interactive. In 1997, Rajesh led his company into
an R&D initiative in 3D game development supported by
Intel Corp. - an initiative the first of its kind in India.
His vision and strong belief resulted in Dhruva becoming the
first ever Indian company to break into the global game development
industry, when in 1999 it was selected by Infogrames Entertainment
(now Atari, the second largest independent videogame publisher
in the world) to develop the game Mission: Impossible for
the PC. Rajesh has pursued marketing, brand building and relationship
building aggressively, and Dhruva is today acknowledged globally
as a leading game developer and provider of game development
services, with well established relationships with majors
such as Microsoft Game Studios, Codemasters, Infogrames (Atari)
and Nokia.
Rajesh

in India, by working closely with universities and government
bodies. He is also frequently participating in international
