who have passed their qualifying examination from Universities out side
Karnataka state have to get an eligibility certificate from Mangalore
University. Apply in the prescribed form to the University office (Mangalagangothri,
Konaje 574199) along with the prescribed fees, copies of marks card
and other documents.
