SC/ST/Low Income Gp : 20% (SC/ST : 9% + LIG 11%)
General Merit : 30%

Merit, indicated by the percentage of marks obtained, will be the criterion of selection in each of the above categories.

Applicants from St Aloysius High School, (which comes under the management of Mangalore Jesuit Educational Society) will receive a 5% bonus mark to be added to their aggregate percentage.

Admission of candidates from outside of Karnataka State shall not exceed 5% of the total intake (as per Government notification).

DONATIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS:
  1. NO DONATION WILL BE ACCEPTED AS A PRE-CONDITION FOR ADMISSION.
     
  2. ANY PAYMENT MADE TO ANY PERSON IN CONNECTION WITH ADMISSIONS SHALL BE CONSIDERED UNLAWFUL UNLESS A VALID RECEIPT IS OBTAINED.

Recommendations are discouraged.
