 eplTome
2003, a 3-day South India level MCA Fest was organized in February
2003 as a small representation of a larger entity. The MCA students
of St. Aloysius College aim at making the event eplTome to reflect
the competitive IT scenario in terms of perfection, precision and
competence. The Fest was inaugurated by Mr. K. Rama, Project
Advisor of Reliance Telecom, Mangalore
 Together
with eplTome 2003, a 2-day Computer Science Exhibition INFOVISION,
was inaugurated by Fr. Leo D'Souza sj, Director of the Applied Biology
Lab at St. Aloysius College. Robotics. Bioinformatics and Distributed
Computing were the themes of the exhibition.
Mr.
Richard Lobo, HR Manager of Infosys Technologies Ltd., Mangalore
was the Chief Guest at the valedictory function on 15th February.
The Winners Trophy was bagged by College of Engineering. Thriruvanathapuram
and Sathyabama Institute of Science and technology, Chennai were
Runners-up.
